Booking Terms & Conditions

• Walk-ins are available for hands and feet services.
• Due to no shows and late arrivals, appointment-based slots are limited daily and subject to strict terms and conditions.
• Please call us directly to arrange special booking requests.
• We accept bookings for male clients, physically challenged clients, elderly clients, and pregnant clients.
• Bookings can also be arranged for special occasions.

Nail Treatment Cut-Off Times

• Acrylic, builder gel, and poly gel: cut-off is one hour before closing time.
• Gel overlay: cut-off is 30 minutes before closing time.
• This may not always be fulfilled for acrylic, tips, and hard gel.
• If all technicians take clients at 4:30pm, they may not be able to assist if you arrive at 5:00pm.
• NO NAIL DESIGNS/ART WILL BE DONE THIS LATE.
• For included soak-offs and more than one set, you must come earlier.

Loyalty Card Policy

The following terms apply to all loyalty cards issued by The Treat Boksburg:

1. Points will only be valid for 12 months on the card.
2. Should the card not have 10 visits in 12 months, the points are lost & a new card must be re-issued.
3. Points must be redeemed at once as the card must be handed in as proof of payment. Any leftover points will not be carried over.
4. A valid ID must be presented for any birthday offers awarded.
5. Only authorized signature will be considered on the card, should there be evidence of points and signature tampering the whole card will be voided.
6. Points cannot be exchanged for cash value nor purchase of products. Points will not be redeemed on promotion days/treatments.
7. Loyalty points cannot be redeemed or earned on treatments that are on special/Discounted.
8. Card must be presented to earn & redeem points.

The Treat Boksburg Giveaway Campaign

By participating in any The Treat Boksburg giveaway campaign, each entrant agrees to the following Terms and Conditions:

Eligibility

• Open to South African residents aged 18 years or older at time of entry.
• Only one entry per person is permitted unless stated otherwise.
• Employees, agents, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising agencies, and sponsors are not eligible.

Entry Guidelines

• No purchase is necessary to enter or win.
• Entries must be original and must not infringe third-party rights or contain offensive content.
• Opening/closing dates are specified in each campaign announcement.
• Late entries will not be considered.

Prizes

• Prize details will be set out in each competition announcement.
• Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be sold or exchanged for cash.
• We reserve the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if required.

Winner Selection and Notification

• Winners are selected at random from valid entries unless stated otherwise.
• Decisions are final and no correspondence will be entered into.
• Winners are notified via details supplied on entry.
• If unclaimed within seven days, the prize may be forfeited and awarded to an alternate winner.

Use of Personal Information

• Personal data is used only for giveaway administration and related consented purposes.
• Entrants grant a non-exclusive, royalty-free license for reasonable promotional use of submitted entries and names.

Liability and Disclaimer

• We are not responsible for entries lost, delayed, or damaged during transmission.
• We may amend, suspend, or cancel campaigns and/or terms at any time, subject to applicable law.

Legal

• The laws of the Republic of South Africa govern these Terms and Conditions.
• By entering, participants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
• Copies of these Terms and Conditions are available on request and on this website.
