Our Policies and After Care Advice
Nails, Cut off time & Child Policy
- Designing of nails is limited if one arrives late or if it's late when starting your treatment.
- Cut off times: Acrylic an hour before and gel overlay 30mins before close time. This may not always be fulfilled for acrylic/tips/hard gel.
- Child Policy: Please have an escort who will mind the little one whilst having your nails done. You will not be attended to if it's just you and a small baby.
Manicure and Pedicure After Care
Tips on how to care for your nails:
- Avoid hot water the first 24 hours of your gel set to allow the gel to set.
- Avoid opening things with your nails; doing so will break their seal and cause product lifting or nail breakage.
- Use cuticle oil religiously.
- Keep your nails dry.
- Wear rubber gloves when cleaning or washing.
- We can only do a fill once, on a set not older than 3 weeks.
Quality Warranty
What to do if nail damage happens:
- Should you experience bubbles or lifting within 7 days of your set, please contact us on WhatsApp for a free fix.
- Chips and breakages will be chargeable fixes on assessment that quality of workmanship was not compromised.
- Should a fill be done on other people's work, the warranty falls away.
