Loyalty Card Policy
Please keep the following loyalty card terms in mind when earning and redeeming points at The Treat Boksburg.
- Points will only be valid for 12 months on the card.
- Should the card not have 10 visits in 12 months, the points are lost & a new card must be re-issued.
- Points must be redeemed at once as the card must be handed in as proof of payment. Any leftover points will not be carried over.
- A valid ID must be presented for any birthday offers awarded.
- Only authorized signature will be considered on the card, should there be evidence of points and signature tampering the whole card will be voided.
- Points cannot be exchanged for cash value nor purchase of products. Points will not be redeemed on promotion days/treatments.
- Loyalty points cannot be redeemed or earned on treatments that are on special/Discounted.
- Card must be presented to earn & redeem points.
